Most of us breathe on autopilot all day, shoulders up by our ears, never quite catching up with ourselves. Miracle Breath is somewhere to put that down for an hour and actually breathe.
I teach the SOMA Breath® method: simple rhythmic breathing set to music, with a little meditation woven through. It works whether you arrive frazzled and wired, or just want a reliable way to switch off. No experience required, and nothing you have to "get right".
